Louise Simonson's X-Factor

Simonson reshaped X-Factor from its awkward mutant-hunters premise into a compelling team book featuring the original five X-Men. She created Apocalypse, introduced baby Nathan (Cable), and wrote major crossover tie-ins including Mutant Massacre, Fall of the Mutants, and Inferno.
